Budget Guidelines for Engineering Services, Document 1 – Infrastructure and Transportation provides the client and the consulting engineering professional with guidelines to prepare adequate engineering services budgets for transportation and infrastructure projects.
These budget guidelines are appropriate for the conventional design–tender–construct method of project delivery. They are not applicable to alternative project delivery methods.
