On Dec 3rd the ACEC YP group hosted Allan Russell, President and CEO of McElhanney for an introspective review of his career from EIT to CEO. In this highly anticipated event, Allan reflected on his personal growth, career milestones and personable traits which drove his rapid career progression. A stimulating Q&A session ensued Allan’s talk where he provided valuable advice and guidance while answering questions such as “How did you differentiate yourself in your career progression?” and “What was your biggest mistakes coming out of school – how did you overcame them?”. We’d like to once again thank Allan for his participation in this event!
