To support neutrality in contract administration, the Master Municipal Construction Documents Association created a new letter. The template supports the Contract Owner to confirm appointment of an independent contract administrator and to set out the obligations of the CA regardless of affiliation. The Board of the MMCDA requested that ACEC-BC provide this template to members and encourage use as appropriate when an employee acts as CA for their employer.
