ACEC-BC member firm Binnie has recently announced Richard Bush as President and CEO and Scott Campbell as the new Board Chair.
Richard Bush, P.Eng., MBA, PMP, B.Eng
Richard has served Binnie for over two decades in a variety of capacities, successfully leading teams and numerous projects in Binnie’s Municipal, Construction, Transportation, and Project Services Divisions. Previously, as the VP of Infrastructure Delivery, he oversaw the Construction Services, Project Delivery, and Southern Interior Divisions. Richard led business systems and processes and worked with different stakeholders – planners, contractors, consultants, purchasers, and financial officers.
Richard is a P.Eng. in BC, and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute. He has an MBA from Simon Fraser University, and a master’s certificate in Project Management from the University of Victoria. Richard is also the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for ACEC-BC.
Richard is driven to collaborate and excels at developing lasting partnerships and coordinating a team approach to generate solutions for our clients’ challenges. With an equal focus on technical challenges, and assembling the right team to address them, Richard truly embodies Binnie’s motto of being the people behind your infrastructure.
Scott Campbell, P.Eng., PMP
Scott has 23 years experience with Binnie in various areas of the business. As Binnie’s Chief Administrative Officer, he is also responsible for safety, IT, marketing, and regulatory compliance. As a Senior Principal, he supports Binnie’s key clients with developing innovative procurement and delivery strategies for their infrastructure projects and excels at facilitating multi-party partnership agreements.
Scott is a registered P.Eng. with Engineers and Geoscientists BC, a Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute, and an MMCD Certified Contract Administrator. Scott recently completed the Directors Education Program with the Institute of Corporate Directors and University of Calgary Haskayne School of Business. He has been an active volunteer with ACEC-BC, Engineers and Geoscientists BC, as well as in his community of Richmond, BC.
