2026 ACEC-BC Board Retreat

The 2026 ACEC-BC Board Retreat is scheduled for October 14 – 16 at the Rockwater Secret Cove resort in Halfmoon Bay on the Sunshine Coast. Information about the retreat is available here.

The following short survey provides information to support planning. Please complete the first question on the survey even if you are not able to attend.

Notes:

ACEC-BC will cover all costs associated with meetings including venue, meeting facilitator, and all meals
Board members will cover cost of travel to / from the venue, accommodations, and any additional services while at the resort.
Board members are welcome to bring a guest, although the meetings and meals will be limited to Board members.

While the retreat activities are for Board members, you are welcome to bring guests for your stay (in your room, or in multiple rooms). Please let us know about potential guests so that we can appropriately assign rooms.*

There are multiple room types offered by the resort. If you prefer to be assigned to a specific room type please indicate below - alternate rooms are based on availability and are not guaranteed. The base rate included in our contract is $199/night. Where room types exceed the base, the additional cost / night is indicated.*

We are working with the venue to identify alternate means of getting to the resort other than personal vehicle. The options relate to travel from the Lower Mainland, and may include transfer from the floatplane terminal or ferry terminal, or charter flight. Are you interested in alternate options?*
