SUMMARY:2023 ACEC-BC Annual General Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Hybrid Event  |  June 15\, 2023\n\n\nThe Annual General Meeting of the Association of Consulting Engineering Companies – British Columbia (ACEC-BC\, the “Association”) will be held on Thursday\, June 15\, 2023\, at 4:30PM PDT. \nThe meeting will be held for the purposes of: \n\nReceiving the Annual Report of the Association\nElecting the Board of Directors of the Association\n\nIn addition to this business\, the meeting will include a Special Resolution to adopt changes to the Association Constitution and Bylaws. Materials to support the Special Resolution will be issued to members in advance of the meeting. \nTo support broad member engagement\, this year’s AGM will be hosted as a hybrid event. Members are required to indicate their attendance venue during registration. \nIn-person attendance: Pan Pacific Vancouver (Pacific Rim Suite 1) \, 999 Canada Pl #300\, Vancouver\, BC V6C 3B5 \nVirtual attendance: Members wishing to attend virtually will be provided with access details 24-hours prior to the start of the event. \nAll attendees are afforded the same rights and opportunities regarding questions\, voting\, and motions.
