She has managed multi-million dollar programs and offers a diverse array of industry skill sets\, including energy systems\, industrial automation\, project analytic reporting\, military\, and risk management. As a member of the senior leadership team at Hedgehog Technologies\, she brings a depth of experience across multiple industries and disciplines. Erin is a seasoned mentor who regularly contributes to women in engineering initiatives.   \n \nConnor Langford\nCanada Tunnels Team Lead\, Mott MacDonald \nConnor Langford is the Canadian Tunnels Team Lead at Mott MacDonald and has nearly 15 years of experience in the design and construction of underground structures in Canada\, the US\, and overseas. He has worked on a range of tunnel projects across a number of different industries\, including transportation\, water supply\, and energy. He is one of the founders of the Global Early Career Professional Network at Mott MacDonald and is the North American Champion for the Parents and Caregivers resource group. When he’s not working\, he loves to spend as much time outdoors as possible with his wife\, daughter and his not-so-small puppy. \n \nLayna Dove\nOrganizational Development Lead\, McElhanney\nLayna is an experienced HR generalist with a passion for people development\, inclusion\, and belonging. She was McElhanney’s inaugural Chair of their Equity\, Diversity & Inclusion committee and has been instrumental in creating a positive and inclusive work environment for their employees. Her dedication to fostering a culture of inclusivity has earned her recognition at McElhanney and beyond. \n \nRita Gareb-Ouko\nManager\, Corporate Services\, RAM \nOver the last twenty years Rita has successfully demonstrated her ability at identifying and improving on operational needs and functionality across various industries including Health\, Law and now Engineering Consultancy. Rita’s focus is always to optimize organizational culture and cultivate a safe and secure work environment that fosters individual growth and development.
