She has managed teams for planning\, risk assessment\, and engineering. A certified Infrastructure Resilience Professional\, Clare brings unique insights into community-level climate adaptation in Canada and Europe. \n  \nRobert Lepage\, Founding Principal\, Climes Group Engineering Inc. \nRobert is a nationally recognized expert in climate change resilience for buildings. He advises on climate adaptation and mitigation pathways in existing buildings and new construction. He is actively involved in bleeding edge climate research for buildings and sits on several national and international climate change committees. \n  \nPia Abercromby\, Leading Specialist in Sustainability\, COWI \nAs Leading Specialist for Sustainability in Canada at COWI\, Pia champions sustainability in engineering projects\, integrating climate resilience and carbon accounting while enhancing biodiversity and social outcomes. She brings diverse experience to the table\, leveraging her background in structural engineering to drive sustainable solutions in the real world. Pia has volunteered with ACEC-BC in various capacities since 2016\, including chairing the Sustainability and Climate Change Committee. \n  \nKatherine Greene\, Climate Resilience Consultant\, Stantec \nKatherine specializes in climate adaptation and resilience. She has conducted multiple comprehensive climate risk assessments for individual buildings\, portfolios of buildings\, and community-level assessments that include residential and commercial buildings\, horizontal infrastructure\, natural infrastructure\, community services\, and health and wellbeing. Katherine is also an experienced engagement facilitator\, leading collaborative working group sessions with design teams to inform assessments.
