SUMMARY:2025 ACEC-BC Annual General Meeting
DESCRIPTION:July 17\, 2024  |  Virtual AGM + In-person reception\n\n\nThe Annual General Meeting of the Association of Consulting Engineering Companies – British Columbia (ACEC-BC\, the “Association”) will be held on Thursday\, July 17\, 2025\, at 9:30AM PDT. \nThe meeting will be held for the purposes of: \n\nReceiving the Annual Report of the Association\nElecting the Board of Directors of the Association\n\nTo support broad member engagement\, this year’s AGM will be hosted as a virtual event. An in-person social event is planned for later the same day. \nAnnual General Meeting @ 9:30 – 11:00 AM PT (Online) \nMembers wishing to attend are asked to register in advance and will be provided with login credentials 24-hours prior to the start of the event. Members are required to indicate their voting status during registration. All voting members will have rights and opportunities for questions\, motions\, and voting. \nIn-person Social Event @ 4:30 – 7:30 PM PT (Steamworks\, 375 Water Street\, Vancouver) \nThe social event supports member connection and is an opportunity for the Association and members to thank the outgoing Chair and Directors for their service. Food and drinks will be provided. \nWho can attend \nThe AGM is an open meeting\, and we welcome voting and non-voting members of the Association as well as participants from partner organizations. Please note that only Voting Members will be allowed to ask questions or make comments during the Annual General Meeting. Guidelines for participation will be available in advance of the meeting and reviewed by the Chair prior to the start of the AGM proceedings. \n\n\n\nACEC-BC is committed to providing a safe\, harassment-free space for all participants\, speakers\, and event staff.
