This interactive session will allow attendees to engage and present their own reflections and viewpoints. \n🎤 About Dr. Rishi Gupta\nProfessor\, University of Victoria \nDr. Rishi Gupta is a Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at the University of Victoria. He is the Director of the Center for Advanced Materials and Related Technology and leads the Facility for Innovative Materials and Infrastructure Monitoring at the University of Victoria. \nDr. Gupta previously served as Special Advisor to the Dean on Equity\, Diversity\, and Inclusion (EDI)\, reflecting his commitment to fostering inclusive academic and professional environments. \nA recognized leader in civil engineering\, he has been named a Fellow of Engineers Canada and a Fellow of the Canadian Society of Senior Engineers\, distinctions that highlight his significant contributions to the profession and the engineering community. \n📚 Continuing Education Hours: 1 hour \nTickets include canapés and refreshments! \nACEC-BC is committed to providing a safe\, harassment-free space for all participants\, speakers\, and event staff.
