Starting as a summer student doing field inspections and minor drafting\, Lee worked his way to becoming a lead designer\, project manager\, division manager\, and assistant branch manager.  \nThroughout his career Lee has moved from needing to manage his own time\, to managing a project team\, to multiple project teams\, and finally multiple project managers who each have their own project teams.
