DESCRIPTION:July 22\, 2026  |  Virtual AGM\n\n\nThe Annual General Meeting of the Association of Consulting Engineering Companies – British Columbia (ACEC-BC\, the “Association”) will be held on Wednesday\, July 22\, 2026\, at 9:30AM PDT. \nThe meeting will be held for the purposes of: \n\nReceiving the Annual Report of the Association\nElecting the Board of Directors of the Association\n\nTo support broad member engagement\, this year’s AGM will be hosted as a virtual event. \nAnnual General Meeting @ 9:30 – 11:00 AM PT (Online) \nMembers wishing to attend are asked to register in advance and will be provided with login credentials 24-hours prior to the start of the event. Members are required to indicate their voting status during registration. All voting members will have rights and opportunities for questions\, motions\, and voting. \nWho can attend \nThe AGM is an open meeting\, and we welcome voting and non-voting members of the Association as well as participants from partner organizations. Please note that only Voting Members will be allowed to ask questions or make comments during the Annual General Meeting. Guidelines for participation will be available in advance of the meeting and reviewed by the Chair prior to the start of the AGM proceedings. \n🎉 In-person Social Event \nAttendees are also invited to attend an in-person social event following the AGM.
