2021 ACEC-BC Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of the Association of Consulting Engineering Companies – British Columbia (ACEC-BC, the “Association”) will be held on Thursday, June 10, 2021 at 3:30PM PDT.

The meeting will be held for the purposes of:

• Receiving the Annual Report of the Association
• Electing the Board of Directors of the Association

Pursuant to the Order of the Provincial Health Officer – Gatherings and Events, this year’s AGM will again be hosted virtually. Members who are unable to attend may register a proxy by completing the Form of Proxy before June 9, 2021.

A keynote address by Bowinn Ma, BC Minister of State of Infrastructure will precede the AGM beginning at 3:00PM PDT.

The AGM is an open meeting. We welcome all voting and non-voting members of the Association as well as participants from partner organizations. Please note that only Voting Members will be allowed to ask questions or make comments during the meeting. Guidelines for participation will be available in advance of the meeting and reviewed by the Chair prior to the start of the AGM proceedings.
