We’re excited to host the 34th Awards for Engineering Excellence Gala – an annual celebration for members and their project partners. The Awards recognize the innovation and technical excellence of ACEC British Columbia member firms.

The Pre-Gala Reception

The reception before the gala includes lots of time to mingle and enjoy generous canapés from our catering partner! Make sure to arrive energized to re-connect and celebrate with colleagues, clients, and partners!

We’ve simplified our ticketing process and added bulk discounts to support members in celebrating with the entire team. When purchasing tickets you no longer need to identify each attendee - simply purchase your tickets and share them with your guests!

Frequently asked questions

Is there a theme or dress code?

We welcome you to come as you are or choose something fancy. It’s a night at the theatre and our team plans to make sure the event is a special celebration of our members.

Will there be a sit-down dinner?

There will not be a sit-down dinner at the event. The reception before the gala includes lots of time to mingle and enjoy generous canapés from our catering partner

Will there be photography?

Yes! There will be multiple professional photographers at the event so make sure you come prepared to strike a pose. Award winners will have an opportunity to take photos off stage during and after the show.

Is the theatre reserved seating?

No. Once the theatre doors open you and your guest(s) are welcome to sit anywhere you like.

Will the event be live-streamed?

At this time the event is planned for in-person attendance only. If we are able to offer a live stream we will release this information closer to the event.
