The Master Municipal Construction Documents Association (MMCD) documents committee has been meeting regularly for the past year to develop a Request for Proposals (RFP) form of tender.
The development process was rigorous, and their committee is confident that the RFP will be well received and follows the MMCD Principles to:
- Be fair to all parties
- Be written in plain English
- Avoid repetition
The following link will take you to a survey where you will find links to RFP document as well as a Request for Qualifications document for your review and comments. ACEC-BC members are invited to comment on each section of the documents within the survey. The survey is designed so you can save your comments and exit the survey, should you need more time to review.
The MMCD will be distributing the RFP document before the end of this year (2021).
