Effective Leadership: Mental Well-Being in the Workplace During a Time of Crisis

Mental Health is a complex issue and one that requires additional consideration during a time of crisis. Beyond supporting teams with the operational aspects of transitioning to working from home, adjusting to different business practices, and adapting to changes in work priorities, consideration must be given to the mental health and wellness programs provided to individuals and teams.

To support members, ACEC-BC’s Sharon Batchelor and Marcie Cochrane have prepared the following series: Effective Leadership: A Series for Supporting and Dealing with Issues Related to Mental Well-Being in the Workplace During a Time of Crisis.

Sharon and Marcie share insights and guidance on providing mental health support from several different perspectives including: Supporting our Organizations, Our Teams, Ourselves, and Our Co-workers.
