The current pandemic crisis has created a number of core business challenges which we all face today. This includes: finding the right time to open the office, identifying what our new workplace will look like, ensuring everyone is safe, and many more.

What we may not have considered is how to use this unique opportunity to reframe our organizations. In our continues efforts to support members and the industry, ACEC-BC’s Sharon Batchelor and Marcie Cochrane have developed a two-part series on Effective Leadership which highlights the Principle Strategies and Competencies that can elevate our organizations. This series provides a perspective to examine necessary change through the lens of opportunity.
