The Mission:
Promote, empower, and support the career growth of Future Leaders within the Consulting Engineering industry.
Backed by 160+ volunteers across British Columbia, the ACEC-BC Future Leaders Network (FLN) collaborates with ACEC-BC member firms and partner organizations to offer career development focused programs and initiatives targeted to professionals with 10 or less years of experience.
Through professional development breakfast seminars, webinars, networking events, educational outreach, community volunteerism, and YP Conference, the ACEC-BC FLN is a platform to develop leadership potential and create connections between our members at the beginning of their careers. These relationships help to foster attachment with the industry that retains talented professionals in consulting engineering.
The ACEC-BC FLN is nationally recognized for excellence in governance, engagement, and their community service to promote careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.
