In our committed efforts to build industry capacity, leadership capabilities, and sustaining our professions, ACEC-BC has launched a program to allow member firms to directly support the development of the future leaders of the consulting industry.

The ACEC-BC Future Leaders Network (FLN) continues to expand across the province, with new chapters in Prince George and Kamloops. Through professional development breakfasts, networking events, education outreach, community volunteerism, and FLN Provincial Conference, the ACEC-BC FLN is a platform to develop leadership potential and create connections between our members at the beginning of their careers.
